Kue Pukis (Coconut Milk Cake)

Ingredients:
½ tablespoon yeast granules
4 tablespoons warm water
10 grams granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
150 grams wheat flour
150 cc thick and oily coconut milk (areh) from 1 coconut
margarine, for brushing

Preparations:
1. Mix yeast with warm water until dissolved. Set aside.
2. Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Add flour, stir well and add the liquid yeast.
3. Pour in the coconut milk while beating until everything is well-mixed. Leave in a warm, dry place until the batter rises.
4. Heat the Pukis mould, brush with margarine and pour in the batter. (If the mould is hot enough, you will heat a sizzling sound). Cover and bake for 5-6 minutes. You can add some raisins or cheese if you like.
