This will get you the 5 servings of fruit a day reccomended by health experts.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup chopped apple
1 banana, sliced
1 peach, pitted and cubed

Directions:
-Mix the fruit together.
-Pour orange juice over.
-Mix and chill.

Serves : 3
